How Zellr Works
everything you need to get startedZellr is the platform we use to manage rack bookings, product listings and sales. Follow these seven steps to set up your rack and get your items ready to sell. Click each step to expand.
Head to oncemine.com.au, select Book a Rack, and follow the prompts to create your Zellr account with a username and password. Keep these details handy — you'll need them each time you log in to manage your rack.
Log into Zellr at zellr.com/sovellus and select Make a New Reservation. Choose your preferred start date, rental period, rack and package, then complete your booking and payment. Your reservation will appear under My Reservations.
Log into Zellr and navigate to Product Pricing → Create a New Product Sheet. Click the blue Edit/Pen button to open your sheet, then select your rack number from the drop-down menu at the top.
Enter each item using the format: BRAND – ITEM – COLOUR – SIZE
For example: Country Road – Linen Dress – Black – Size 10
Add the selling price for each item — no $ symbol needed. You can include up to 45 clothing items, 2 handbags and 2 pairs of shoes per rack.

Select Save when your product sheet is complete. If you have more items than fit on one sheet, simply create additional product sheets — there's no limit to how many you can have.
Before finalising, carefully check your rack number, item descriptions, sizes and prices. When everything is correct, select the green tick — Mark as Done.
Important: Once you mark a product sheet as done, it cannot be edited. Take your time with this step.

Open your completed and finalised product sheet, then select Print to generate your barcode and price tags. Tag each item and bring everything in on your start date — you're all set!
Tip: We recommend completing your product sheet on a laptop or computer where possible, for the easiest experience.

everything you need to knowOnce Mine, Now Yours retains 15% commission on all items sold. Commission is deducted before your final payment is processed. Your sales proceeds will be transferred to your nominated bank account within 7 business days after your rental period ends.
We welcome clothing, handbags, and shoes that are freshly laundered, in excellent ready-to-wear condition, and legally owned by you. We can accommodate up to 45 clothing items, 2 handbags, and 2 pairs of shoes per rack. We cannot accept counterfeit goods, recalled products, damaged or stained items, items with excessive wear, or undergarments.
Yes! Two sellers may share one rack and split the rental fee. Both sellers are responsible for complying with all Terms & Conditions. It's a wonderful way to share the cost while still giving your pieces a beautiful boutique home.
Absolutely. You're welcome to restock your rack throughout your rental period. Any new items must first be entered into your Zellr account before being added to your display.
You are welcome to set your own prices. Alternatively, if you choose the Curate It or Leave It package, we can handle pricing for you as part of the service. All sales are final — as a preloved fashion boutique, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Please collect any unsold items on the final day of your booking. Your rack will be packed one hour before closing time to prepare for collection. Items not collected within 14 days may be donated or responsibly disposed of.
Yes! Towards the end of your rental period, you'll have the opportunity to reduce your prices to encourage final sales. We recommend markdowns of 20–30%. To arrange a markdown, simply email us at hello@oncemine.com.au.
While we warmly welcome designer pieces, Once Mine, Now Yours does not authenticate luxury or designer items and accepts no responsibility for claims relating to authenticity. All items must be genuine and legally owned by the seller.
While every reasonable effort is made to care for your items, Once Mine, Now Yours cannot accept responsibility for theft, accidental loss, or damage. All items remain at the seller's own risk while on the premises.
Your rack booking is confirmed once full payment has been received. Rental fees are non-refundable. We recommend reading our full Terms & Conditions before booking.
