Bookings & Payment

• Your rack booking is confirmed once full payment has been received.
• Rental fees are non-refundable.
• Two sellers may share one rack and split the rental fee. Both sellers are responsible for complying with these Terms & Conditions.
• Rental periods are calculated on trading days only. A 1-week rental equals 6 trading days; a 2-week rental equals 12 trading days. The boutique is closed on Mondays.

Preparing Your Items

We want every customer to enjoy discovering beautiful, high-quality fashion. Please ensure that all items are:

• Freshly laundered and clean
• In excellent, ready-to-wear condition
• Genuine and legally owned by you
• Free from stains, damage, excessive wear or defects

The following items cannot be accepted:

• Counterfeit goods
• Recalled products
• Damaged items
• Undergarments

Designer & Luxury Items

While we welcome designer pieces, Once Mine, Now Yours does not authenticate luxury or designer items and accepts no responsibility for claims relating to authenticity.

We reserve the right to refuse or remove any item that does not meet our quality standards or these Terms & Conditions.

Pricing

• You are welcome to set your own prices, or we can do the pricing for you as part of selected rack packages.
• All sales are final.
• As we specialise in pre-loved fashion, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges.

Your Rack

To keep your display looking inviting, we recommend:

• Up to 45 clothing items per rack
• A maximum of 2 handbags
• A maximum of 2 pairs of shoes

Please avoid overcrowding your space so customers can browse comfortably.

You're welcome to restock your rack throughout your rental period. Any new items must first be entered into your Zellr account.

We'll supply all hangers for your display.

Markdowns

Towards the end of your rental period, you'll have the opportunity to reduce your prices to encourage final sales. We recommend markdowns of 20–30%. To arrange a markdown, simply email hello@oncemine.com.au.

Commission & Payments

• Once Mine, Now Yours retains 15% commission on all items sold.
• Commission is deducted before your final payment is processed.
• Your sales proceeds will be transferred to your nominated bank account within 7 business days after your rental period ends.

Theft, Loss & Damage

While every reasonable effort is made to care for your items, Once Mine, Now Yours cannot accept responsibility for theft, accidental loss or damage. All items remain at the seller's own risk while on the premises.

Unsold Items

• Please collect any unsold items on the final day of your booking.
• Your rack will be packed one hour before closing time to prepare for collection.
• Items not collected within 14 days may be donated or responsibly disposed of.

Boutique Standards

To maintain a beautiful shopping experience, we reserve the right to:

• Remove items that do not meet our quality standards
• Reposition racks for visual merchandising
• Maintain neat, tidy and inviting displays throughout the boutique

Photography & Promotion

By renting a rack, you give Once Mine, Now Yours permission to photograph or film your items for use on our website, social media and promotional material.

Liability

While we'll always do our best to help you achieve great sales, we cannot guarantee sales or earnings. Sales depend on factors including pricing, brand, condition, seasonality and customer demand.

Privacy

Your personal information will always be treated with care. Once Mine, Now Yours stores your information securely and handles it in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws.
